Villa Procaccini is perfectly located in between the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas. A thirty-five minute drive will allow you to discover the long, sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the Adriatic as well as tourist attraction such as Vasto, San Salvo and Pescara.
